Good environment for working and living

Good environment is essential for high-quality products. So we provided our staffs with all kind of convenient facilities such as canteen, training room, studio, dormitory, shower room and etc. Also we designed our factory layout to fit our conception of “automatic flow” and “visible management”.

Adoption of IT management

We adopted LAVAL’s “WIN MEUBLE” production management system which enabled us to manage factory with data analysis for cost reduce, efficiency improvement, material tracing, projects management and loss control. All these can reduce our production leading time and increase our market competitiveness.

Staff training system

To make high level products for overseas market in an environment of keen cost competition, we send our Chinese staffs to good furniture factories in Japan and France for technical exchange. They can learn overseas advanced technology and management, and build up their professional consciousness of making good-quality furniture. We also invited foreign experts to our factory to give monthly technical training in order to absorb the latest overseas information in a quickest way.

Special material used by our factory

We have a big variety of material type, in which the woods are imported with A grade, the foams are specially developed by ourselves, the metal part and prapart are purchased from Japanese supplier, and other materials such as paint, glue, plywood and MDF are all fall into Japanese four star standard. Also, we can design good frames and details for our furniture products.

Joinery Woodworking

In addition to common furniture such as tables and chairs, we can also deal with corresponding joinery woodworking with regard to bar top, wall materials, and fixtures according to the needs of the construction company. And our workers have in mind that they try to make the furniture less costly for the customers.
